Gamefunday respects intellectual property rights and will review complete copyright complaints related to content displayed on the website.
Where To Send A Notice
Send copyright complaints to BickertonVanblarcom@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA Copyright Complaint".
Information To Include
A complete notice should include your full name or authorized organization, a working email address, identification of the copyrighted work, the exact Gamefunday URL where the material appears, a description of the material you believe is infringing, and enough information for us to locate it.
Required Statements
Please include a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. Also include a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Review Process
After receiving a complete notice, we may remove or disable access to the identified material while reviewing the issue. We may also forward relevant details to a game provider, hosting service, or affected party when necessary.
Third-Party Game Material
Some games may be delivered by third-party game systems while Gamefunday provides the surrounding page, written description, category organization, and browsing structure. If your complaint concerns game artwork, characters, code, audio, or other provider-side material, include both the Gamefunday page URL and any details that identify the material inside the game.
Incomplete Notices
If a notice does not identify the copyrighted work, the exact URL, the allegedly infringing material, or the authority of the sender, we may ask for more information before taking action. Clear page-level details help us review the issue faster.
Repeat or Abusive Notices
We may decline to process notices that are obviously fraudulent, unrelated to copyright, repeatedly incomplete, or submitted to disrupt lawful browsing. This does not prevent a rights holder from sending a complete and accurate notice.
Counter-Notices
If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may contact us with a clear counter-notice explaining the page involved, the material removed, and why you believe the removal was incorrect.
